Euclid House, located at 1227 Euclid St. in Washington, DC was a 1,716sf row house located on a 3,031sf lot. The existing structure built in 1922, was in need of exterior upgrades, specifically on the rear side of the property, the backyard, and the garage. As part of the upgrades to the rear yard, a slight addition to the back of the house was also designed in order to provide more space for the primary bedroom & office space on the second level as well as a mudroom at the below grade level. At the backyard, the addition of a fire pit, seatin & grilling area and a newly created roof terrace above the garage created an abundance of outdoor spaces for the occupants of the property.
