1101 K Street was an office repositioning project located at the heart of Washington DC. The existing building which was beginning to appear a bit dated for its time was transformed to compete in a crowded DC office building marketplace. As part of the upgrades made to the building and its amenities, a once vacant and unoccupied roof terrace was turned into an active place for gathering, working, and simply relaxing with colleagues on regular workdays! The project is currently under construction and both the building owners and the tenants are looking forward to its completion.
