Located at 7827 Langley Ridge Rd. in Mclean, VA, This gorgeous 1.6 acre private lot’s remodeling explores a variety of ideas for both the outdoors and indoors. The design process for this project was divided into 4 areas: A three-story addition to the house; connecting the existing pool & tennis court to the main building structure through re-working the existing landscape and layout; the addition of a pool house; and enhancing the entry sequence and vehicular circulation at the main entrance of the house. As always, a cohesive design approach was applied to all 4 areas of the scope in order to provide a very natural flow between the interior spaces and the outdoor arrival, lounging and gathering areas.
